Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value your time and ours.

Appointments:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the consultation fee.
• Missed appointments without any notice will be charged the full consultation fee.

Products:

• Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any nutritional supplements or products unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Any approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
