We evaluate your health history, current concerns, and goals to create an actionable, prioritised plan tailored to your needs.

3 hours of 1:1 consultations
Fortnightly 30-minute sessions (in-person or via Zoom) provide regular check-ins, progress reviews, and support to overcome roadblocks.

Comprehensive Nutrition Support
Custom dietary guidelines, sample menu planning, and targeted supplement strategies to address your specific biochemistry.

Advanced Testing & Monitoring
Biochemistry analysis, functional medicine, and genetic testing as needed to gain deeper insights into your health.

Specialist Referrals & Collaboration
Connection to allied health professionals when required—cardiologists, exercise physiologists, physiotherapy or advanced screening facilities including CTC cancer surveillance.
