Meet the Founder Di McCauley

With over 25 years in the health and fitness industry, Di McCauley is a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist, trailblazer in personalised healthcare, and the driving force behind Mint Nutrition Clinic.

Di brings together clinical expertise, genomic insight, and a deep passion for longevity science to help clients unlock their healthspan. From managing complex chronic conditions to optimising performance and energy, Di’s approach is equal parts science-backed and real-world practical.

With a background as Managing Director of a New Zealand PTE, and a long history in education and professional development, Di also brings academic rigour and clarity to everything she does. You can expect straight-talking, compassionate guidance—so you feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

Away from the clinic, Di is a committed distance trail runner who often serves as her own nutrition and recovery experiment. She believes strongly in walking the talk—and occasionally running it too.
